Coolers
Fergusons design and manufacture coolers to suit individual
customer requirements, both for product and installation.
Operation
The cooler is fully automated and has an integral loading and unloading
system. The product is transferred onto an internal infeed conveyer
after being pre-batched and automatically loaded onto a rack shelf.
Dog chains pick up the complete rack and elevate it to the next
loading position, this process continues until the rack is full,
the rack then continues on its full cycle of cooling. Product is
automatically unloaded and transferred to the next stage.
Air Conditioning
This would be designed to customer requirements and can be either
by ambient or refrigerated are.
Appearance
The external panels are in stainless steel and are designed to slide
open to give easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
