Oven Loaders

The Ferguson oven loader can be designed to suit most makes of traveling oven. The design is suitable for both tin strap and tray application.

Operation
The oven loader is plc controlled using invertors on infeed and pusher for smooth transfer.

The product enters the loader either directly from the prover or by infeed conveyor if passed round a loop system. The pusher moves the product over a umpwhe bed on to a finger chain conveyor which carries the product smoothly on to the oven conveyor. The pusher will lift and return to park position ready to start process again.

Stainless steel main frame.
Fully guarded and interlocked.
Pusher unit moves on linear slides which are driven by ribbed belt.
Torque on pusher drive unit.
