Oven Unloaders

The Ferguson oven unloader can be designed to suit most makes of traveling oven. The design is suitable for both tray and tin strap.

Operation
The initial speed of the unloader is controlled by inverter and is set to run in conjunction with the oven speed. The accelerator is by fixed speed drive and activated by p.e.c.

A finger chain transfer unit is used to ensure smooth transfer from the oven conveyor onto the unloader. The product is moved forward by slatband to a point where the accelerator drive operates moving the product quickly up to the stop bar, tins will be squared against the stop bar and accelerator drive will be taken over by the invertor. The dicharge conveyor will lift up and take the product away, once clear, the conveyor will lower ready to take the next set of tins.

In the event of tin back-up, the back stop can be lowered manually by push button to allow tins to be cleared.
