2 Stage Prover Loader
The Ferguson prover loader can be designed to
suit most makes of prover and can be used for both tin straps and
trays.
Operation
The prover loader is plc controlled using invertor on infeed and
on pusher, for smoother transfer.
The product is transferred onto an integral infeed conveyer which
takes the product up to a stop. This integral infeed conveyer is
of open construction to allow an internal lifting deck to be housed.
When the row rises to clear the tins from the infeed conveyer, these
are now ready to load.
The pusher arm is in the down position ready to push the product
into the prover. If the prover is not safe to load the pusher will
move the product forward to a safe position until given the signal
safe to load, therefore allowing another row of product to enter
the loader. Once loaded the pusher arm will lift by pneumatic cylinders
and return to load position ready to start process again.

Pusher unit
moves on linear slides which are driven by ribbed belt,
 for
very smooth travel.
Torque limiter
on pusher unit drive.

Single stage loader if required.
