First Provers

The first prover is fully automatic complete with its own integral loading and unloading systems. The dough pieces are loaded into swing tray pockets off an integral conveyor and transferred around the prover by a continuous chain circuit being deposited onto an integral discharge conveyor which takes dough pieces to the moulder

Construction
The main framework and paneling are of stainless steel.
The machine is fully guarded and all doors are interlocked.
The electrical panel is of stainless steel and has plc control.
There are rear mounted fans to help with "skinning" of dough
pieces.

Options
Machines can be sized to customer output requirements.
Discharge, can by single or double conveyors, feed one or two moulders.

Appearance
The over head proving chamber can be of "L" type or "T" type depending on requirements. The proving chamber can be supported by external legs or from roof spars depending on requirements
